At Gear Flip, we strive to deliver your order within 7 days from the date of purchase. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer support team at support@gearflip.pk within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will provide you with further instructions and assistance.

You can return any parcel within 1 week (7 days) of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 15 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
